VB Landmarks is fully compliant with the Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority (MahaRERA) under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016. Our project Navkar Heights, located at Plot No. 85 and 86 in Survey No. 2989 to 2993, Ale, Junnar, Pune – 412411, is registered under MahaRERA with Registration No. P52100077992.
The project is approved and its registration is valid from 19th November 2024 to 31st December 2027. We adhere to all RERA guidelines including:
Executing agreements for sale with allottees.
Registering conveyance deeds in favor of allottees or their association.
Maintaining 70% of collected funds in a separate bank account exclusively for construction and land costs.
Obtaining all required approvals from competent authorities.
Failure to comply with these conditions may lead to revocation of the registration by MahaRERA as per applicable laws.
